Can you help me indentify my antique doll?

She has blond human hair, an open mouth with little teeth, wooden head and limbs, soft stuffed body, no identifying markings, eyes that shut when she lays down, and about '22 or so inches long.

she is an unmarked doll...are you sure it is human hair? looks like early synthetic hair to me. excellent condition from what i see...do you have the dress for her? i see you have the hat. she is a composition doll. her head and limbs are made of compo which is wood chips garbage and lots of glue and pressed into a mold to form these pieces. she looks extremely well taken care of. keep her out of direct sun light and away from heat and cold air vents. do not clean her with water or any other liquid. her compo is so porous that it will absorb the liquid and cause her to chip and peal. like wood the compo will swell and shrink like an old wood door. and maybe disintegrate. are you sure there are no markings on her? look way up under the back of the neck...by the hair line or just try to look under her wig back there. she is very pretty. also do not keep her in a plastic bag or a plastic cabinet, glass is better but make sure you have ventilation. plastic creates heat and humidity and that is bad for her. it can ruin her forever. your doll has a shoulder plate head...i was trying to get a good look at her eyes but no luck.

I think your doll is from about the 30's and may be a German doll. There are a number of good suggestions if you do a google search on how to identify your doll. Ebay has alot of links you might try as well...address below. Good luck. She is very cute.
