ive got middle length hair and really want to grow it out, so ive looked around for tips and many people seem to think "Mane %26amp; Tail shampoo and conditioner is really good? can enyone tell me what it is? where i can buy it? if it's good? issit meant for humans? thankyou.

just trim your hair regularly (to prevent split ends which stunt hair growth) and youll be fine.

You can buy this at almost any beauty supply store. It's basically shampoo and conditioner that is also used on horse tails to keep it long and shiny and strong. Ive used it and it didn't work for me I also have a few friends who have used it and it did nothing for them either.

I now am taking vitamins that targets hair, nails and skin and I think it's helping me out a lot, my hair grows faster then it used to and my nails are strong and grow fast as well.

There are different brands but I use the Nutrilite which brings about 60 tablets
